Collaborative, somatic psychotherapy for real change

Wowlvenn Seward-Katzmiller, MFT
I understand ambivalence about change, especially personal change. With strategy, empathy and a healthy sense of humor I can help you make the kind of changes that will impact how you feel emotionally, physically and interpersonally from day to day. I'm ready to help you develop skills and resources to manifest these changes as well as to navigate any barriers to change, internal or external.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT45718) with over thirteen years experience helping people resolve problems with trauma, alcohol and drugs, relationship ruptures, and sexual identity. I've worked in outpatient and residential programs and in private practice, always with a focus on integrated, holistic best practices. I use somatics, neuro- and nutritional psychology concepts, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral interventions in the context of your unique biopsychosocial environment and history. I'm pretty down to earth and believe that changes only happen when they clearly have the kind of positive impacts that you want.
